Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki energy is the life energy that flows through plants, animals and humans. When your life energy is high, you'll feel strong and healthy, but when it is low, you'll feel weak and tired and more susceptible to illness. Reiki is done with the hands. Reiki never causes harm and can be used at any  time for any situation.                                          

For a Reiki/Chrystal/Sound healing session the client is lying face up on a massage table in comfortable clothing. I use crystals for additional healing and balancing of the chakras. I incorporate Sound Healing as in Tuning Forks, Frosted Crystal Singing Bowls or Tibetan Bowls as part of the Healing Session. You may feel the energy flow in many different ways. It is frequently described as warm, pulsing and tingling. Some clients become so relaxed they fall asleep during a session. Emotions may surface and be released as part of healing and releasing. Before the session starts we talk about what you like to focus on. Sessions are available in person  or as distance healing. You receive the same  energy and healing from distance healing as you do from in person healing.
